We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased Online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 60 days after the purchase. SizeZero.org orders may be returned by mail. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items with “Do Not Remove” tags must have tag still attached for refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove this tag.

Contact us using the form on SizeZero.org or at info@visageny.com to initiate a refund or exchange. Please provide a reason for refund or exchange. If the product arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent free of charge. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
